Refund & Exchange Policy

We know finding the perfect fit matters, so you can try on your order while the courier waits, for 5 minutes maximum. We recommend wearing appropriate undergarments while trying on your pieces to help us maintain the highest quality for every customer.

If you choose not to keep your order after trying it on, you'll only be charged the shipping fee.


Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees (returns & exchanges).

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.
