Refund & Exchange Policy
No try-ons during delivery. Orders cannot be opened or tried on while the courier waits.
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery via info@arruvia.com or Instagram @arruvia.
Evening Wear:
No refunds.
Exchange only within 2 days maximum, for the same price value or more.
Casual Wear:
Eligible for refund or exchange within 3 days.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees (returns & exchanges).
Sale items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.
Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.
